The client had bought the house as a home and land package. The gardens were bare minimum and were riddled with building material and drainage metal from the group housing companies build. Different parts of the garden had dry patches, as well as other parts being water logged. Most of the original plants had died or had been washed out in the floods. The client wanted to feel better about opening her curtains to her garden and seeing lush vegetation instead of sick plants and mud. She was also budget conscious.
